About Father Joe Herzing
Father Joe grew up on a dairy farm in Milaca and still goes there to help with most chores (except milking cows). He graduated from Metro State University with a degree in History and went to seminary at both St. John’s University and the University of St. Thomas. He was previously assigned to the parishes in Little Falls. He enjoys the wonder of the night sky and the wind in his hair when riding his motorcycle (not too much wind though, since he has on a helmet).
